Everything is done right here in house, so there is no 3rd parties. So no more extra waiting time!!! We work with you through the whole process. Involving you in every step.

CAD Programing

Wether you have a specific design you picked out or you have a special dream piece for a loved one or yourself in mind. Just contact us and send us a file or give us a description of what your looking for. Then let us design your custom piece in CAD.

3d printing

Then we will load your custom design through our slicer program and print it on one of the best and most accurate resin printers on the market. We also make sure to use the highest quality resins to print your your custom models. This way we can make sure we get the highest quality models, and also get the cleanest burnout possible.

investment

Then to investing. We use the best investment on the market, formulated specifically for casting precious metals. This specially formulated investment also ensures that there are not any defects that could possibly mess up the casting or the end product. Then we place your flask with your custom design and investment in our vacuum casting machine. Where all the air will be pulled from the investment before it dries. This insures a clean smooth mold after burnout.

12 hour burnout

Every flask that goes through our kiln has a mandatory minimum burnout schedule of 12 hours. This ensures that all wax/resin has been properly burned out and there is no residues or debris left that would impede the flow of liquid metals or compromise any designs.

the pour

We start our casting machine and fire up our torch and get the flame just right for melting metals, and with a pinch of borax the metal becomes liquid and ready to pour...

and out of the fire

Then later from the fire and rising out of the water your Custom Piece comes alive ready to be cut from the casting tree, and sent off to polish.

Clean up, polishing, & stone setting

Clean up and polishing is where our now living piece will develop soul. As we clean, polish and set your stones you will see your custom piece start to Shine, Sparkle and become Brilliant !!!

How long does it take

Custom Jewelry usually take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks to manufacture depending on the piece being made. Bigger more intricate pieces take more time. This time can exceed 4 weeks for certain intricate pieces.

Custom jewelry Payment

All quotes for Custom Jewelry are free. Quotes are an estimate and subject to change. Before any production of any Custom Jewelry a non-refundable deposit is required. This is to cover materials and disposables for all departments of manufacturing. The rest of the payment is due when the custom piece is finished and shown to the customer via photo/video. When the customers payment processes the Custom Piece will be shipped out to the customer with insured shipping.

Waranty / Discounts

All Custom Jewelry will have the standard Finest Fabrications warranty. Custom Jewelry is not retail items they are custom handmade items and do not include any discounts besides free shipping.
